S’up guys? How is everyone… I’ve been saying S’up alot recently so it was only a matter of time before it rubbed off onto blogging. If you don’t already know, it is April from Beautiface writing this post today…Hiiii (waves)
I have recently ombré-d my hair, with bleach… a lot of bleach. So as a result I have had really dry hair. On a whim I decided to go for a nourishing hair mask and picked up the Toni & Guy Nourish Reconstruction Mask. It was £7.50 for 200ml. Which I thought was a little pricey, I had previously bught a Tresemme mask which was £5 for 300ml, but it was on the boots 3 for 2 deal, so I thought I’d give my hair a treat.
Oh my Oh my, this mask is worth every penny! EVERY PENNY! And I am usually quite stingy when it comes to spending money on my hair, but I would gladly repurchase this! I love it so much I have pretty much almost finished the tub.
The mask is like a really thick conditioner, with a clean hairdressers scent. I can’t really describe it as it just smells like standard hair products, not a particular scent.Continue reading →
Hope you’re all well? So, this week I’ve been at the Bloggers Love Fashion Week, and this is my post about Day Three of the event! I think that this was definitely my favourite day of out of the three, as it was more beauty focused. If you would like to read the other days, they’re here – Day One and Day Two.
The theme for this day was All Black City Chic, so I opted for my favourite black skater style dress with the lace white collar from George @ Asda, black boots also from Asda, and my bracelet is from Black Tied.
Again, we were lucky enough to be there from 4pm, and straight away, we headed to the Beauty Bar to see what was going on. Monica got her face all glitterfied by the girls at The Parlour and I got my nails done by the lovely Roxanne Campbell.
Hope you’re all having a lovely weekend? So I just uploaded a new video, and it’s how I style my hair, or how I achieve big bouncy curls! I’ve had a few people ask me how I do my hair, so thought it would be easier to pop it in a little video! You can reach it by clicking on the cat – CAT or clicking the photo below!
I’m not sure if you’re the same as me, but this weather and my hair are really not getting on. The wind and the rain has meant my hair is currently resembling a frizzy lion’s mane.
I’ve been desperately been looking for hair products that will help bring my locks back to life, and when John Frieda offered the chance to try some shampoo and conditioner from their Luxurious Volume range, I thought it would be perfect to try, and something others might find interesting!
These products are aimed more at fine hair, and although I do actually have quite thick hair already, it’s quite lifeless and limp, so I was hoping that these hair products would give it some life back.
Hope you are all well? So, tomorrow my Festive Blog Takeover begins, and I’m super excited. But I thought I’d do a quick post on the products that I’ve been loving in November, and also tell you about my special package I received. 😀
The first product that I’ve been loving is the Collection Cream Eyeshadow in the colour Hot Chocolate. These little eyeshadow pencils blend so nicely and the colour is so nice for this time of year. Oh, and they’re pretty decently priced too! Continue reading →
